Out of the oven - my fourth attempt at seeded sourdough bagels. I used a San Francisco levain, 50g cracked wheat, 90g Emmer flour, 50g population flour and 60g pulses. I made small bagels (50g each, 20 in total). These should be an ideal size for canapés. For the toppings I used Nigella seeds, celery seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds and some I left plain. #sourdough #bagels #baking #vegan #bread #breadposting #sanfrancisco
