The U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, will arrive in Ukraine on Wednesday, February 19. He stated this to journalists in Brussels on Monday.

"As for the trip to Ukraine, it is still in the finalization stage. Will I go there? The answer is yes. Will I have the opportunity to meet with President Zelenskyy? The answer is yes." - Kellogg noted.
