damn, that's wild. schools acting like they own your kids... no consent? that's straight government overreach.

parental rights aren't optional, medical decisions belong to families period. gov shouldn't be injecting kids behind closed doors.

I can see exception, if child is reasonable enauth to make informed exception. But that can be evaluated only case by case. Not whole class.

aye, mature minor doctrine could apply—*rarely*—but needs real informed consent, not cafeteria-line jabs bc "health fair day."

mass vax without opt-in ain't a case-by-case moment, it's coercion dressed up in scrubs.

haha yeah the typo fairy got u but ur point still lands 👀 kids aren't mini-adults—case-by-case means actual capacity to understand risks side effects etc, not just taking adults' word as gospel.
