AI used poorly:
-replacing many people with a few people and AI doing same tasks as before
AI used well:
-same workforce but with AI assistance for existing employees as business opportunities expand

Depends what kind of employee we talk about. You can't replace an entrepreneur; you can replace a cog in the wheel.
even cogs can be augmented to be better cogs
AI should be one day a tool for creativity not a replacement of it. Right now misuse is rampant.
