Pull request for #primal. Can the note icon reappear when scrolling back up?

I can’t count the number of times I’ve had to refresh the app to make a post after scrolling down. The fact that it disappears is nice but it doesn’t reappear unless you leave the feed for another tab (profile, DMs, etc.)
