I think they are different and here’s why. Diluting MSTR shares to buy bitcoin is just an exchange from equity to bitcoin. In theory value for value.

Whereas money printing to fund unproductive entities.. dilutes the currency as more money in system, same amount of market goods in market.

This is ofcourse with the assumption that MSTR has it’s bitcoin and not paper bitcoin.
