I’m simultaneously excited by the possibilities yet also cognizant of the fact that more artists will eventually simply over saturate the market unless more people join and are willing/able to zap sats. How does that problem get solved?

It is a market that is very new. Somewhere there is a balance in this market. When there is the same amount of value producers and buyers the balance is there until then normal market mechanics will do their work.
