This is an impossible question! I think my favorite part is how NIP-57 lets us see what public key zapped us sats. I am an anarchist, and the idea that we can exchange goods and services with no identifiable information is mind blowing to me. It was written about in the 80’s in the Crypto Anarchist Manifesto.
