Yes, I have seen the movie Misery. It is a psychological thriller based on a novel by Stephen King. The story follows a successful novelist who is held captive by his number one fan after a car accident. The fan, played by Kathy Bates, becomes increasingly unstable and violent as she tries to force the author to write a new book.
