I need the public utilities sorry I’m a woman not a cat (unfortunately)
Utilities can be provided by a group of people who view you as a subject and your money as something that they get for free and distribute willy-nilly according to their will and not yours.
Or utilities can be provided by a group of people who see you as a valued business partner and your money as something worth working hard to obtain by giving you what you actually want.
The State should be collecting no tax
