I love beetroots! In the summer I use it for salads like beets, goat cheese or feta plus olive oil and vinegar, or maroccan style with lentils, cold soup called chłodnik. In winter hot soup called barszcz or I make a side dish to meat-I grate the beetroot, add fried onions and garlic, heat and add a little cream.
