Why not BTCPayServer?
Not very private to use a third party that also handles KYC data. BTCPayServer also makes it easy to accept Monero next to Bitcoin.

Sorry but Strike converts the seller's fiat price to the buyer's fiat price, and then buys satoshis to send to the seller's account. A satoshi should equal a satoshi; no reason for fiat conversion, just state the number of satoshis to buy the product. Strike does not accept Bitcoin payments directly.
