Could someone post their last Will and Testament on Nostr and have it considered legally binding?

A person's signing key would help ensure it really was from the deceased, and therefore, it could be considered automatically #authenticated and permissible to use as #evidence. 🤔

I'm not sure what made me think of this.

Still needs to go thru govt protocols to be authenticated. That would add another layer for the probate system to sift thru. Try explaining it to bureaucrats

I guess I should have pointed out that they would have to accept this type of verification as a method of authentication to skip that part. You're right. They would still want to do it their way.
