I was laying outside listening to it so I wasn’t able to take notes, but, hoo boy, was that a trip. Big takeaways:
1. Water: I knew about the benefits of filtering your city tap water, but hearing that filtration alone isn’t all that great and then the discussion about showering…I was stunned and am now on the hunt for a whole home reverse osmosis setup.
2. Sunlight: similar to water, I’ve been learning more and more about the benefits of sunlight, but the insights around how different types of light work and how they penetrate your skin + the sun staring at sunrise/sunset was new info.
3. EMF: this was all new. I’d heard the theories about 5g, like you noted in the discussion, but that entire discussion was a lot to digest. I need to give it another listen and research the topic more.
