Seems a stretch given the order doesn’t actually force “irreversible destruction of data”, it forces “irreversible destruction of a *copy* of data”

True, i guess if they have the scripts to re-run on the raw data it should be fine even if they couldn’t stay the order.

People get very bent out of shape over TROs and these kinds of orders. They’re short term stays to keep things the way they are for a week or two until the court can consider the case fully. If some DOGE stuff gets delayed a week and people have to stop and think deeper that’s honestly a good thing. It’s not gonna stop them and they’ve cut things and caused disruption only to seek to restore them.

Exactly. After looking at it, it seems like a pretty harmless check of powers thing to make sure executive branch isn’t out of line?

Elon yelling “impeach the judge!!” Seems a bit much

Welcome to modern American politics. Everyone is either in the left-cult and Trump and Elon are tearing down the constitution and everything to slow them down is Good or in the right-cult and Trump and Elon are restoring the constitution and everything to slow them down is Evil. It’s completely unhinged…

And, yea, Elon personally spends *wayy* too much time on Twitter getting egged on by the right-cult. It’s not healthy for him :/
