Unhealthy people are easy to spot everywhere in Australia. That's why a complete lack of overweight people was such a contrast while I was away. Yeah the fast food and highly processed foods and portion sizes sure don't help.

Its quite heart breaking, especially when ya consider the fact that often obese parents get their children stuck in the same slow death spiral from an early age.
