If this is your second day then no, you’re home free. I take a month or so a couple times a year to reset my metabolism, super helpful. Just know that if/when you start coffee again it’ll really zoom!

If it helps, the times I have weaned off coffee I prepared more non caffeinated teas likeint, my st of the time it was the need to have a coffee mug and the mental break of prepare it. Also if missing it too terribly, roasted cereal drinks like eko rastes "similar" without the caffeine
