Small updates:

- fixed follow button "following" status

- fixed infinite scroll after changing feeds

- highlight active boosts/likes count

- whole post is now clickable.

Needed:

- floating "show N new notes"

- back button on profiles and notes, returns to the previous position in feed

- fix loading of unknown npub names & avatars in notes
