Complicated things do not work. Just ban spammers
Banning spammers is a blanket statement which won’t work on nostr.

It works with me. And if everybody ban them they have no point spamming anymore
It’s very easy to create a nostr account. Spammers will just create new accounts and will be able to DM. If there’s a 10 sats barrier most people will consider it worthless endeavor.
