headpat art is cute and all but don’t ever translate it to IRL behavior. Headpats are distincly jappy, they’re standoffish and don’t like intimate touching as much.

Americans are “huggers” to foreigners, we have a lot less distance as a norm, so you don’t have to settle for headpats - which aren’t enjoyable, girls hate you messing up their hair.

I’m more for back scratches, people tend to like those in my bunch. Headpats IRL are uncomfortable

Yeah, teasing. Nobody likes getting their head rubbed, it doesn’t feel good at all, unless you can magically give a scalp massage.

My whole point is that weebs without their head on straight will actually end up thinking headpats are something non-japanese humans do to their detriment
