Both #Bitcoin and Nostr originated as solutions to those crises.

Bitcoin emerged as a decentralized alternative to the traditional banking system after the 2008 financial crisis.

While #Nostr was created in response to the current information crisis, providing a platform for users to verify and authenticate information in a trustworthy and decentralized manner.

I came to that conclusion and it was a 'wow' moment!
