I want to lead by example. Here is what I done to get people of color to start using Crypto:

A homeless black man comes up to me on the street asking for money for food and booze. I reply, sure , please create an invoice and I will send you some sats.

The homeless man replies: "What the fuck are you talking about nigga? I just want some fiat to buy some food and drank cuh"

I replied, "Get out your iphone and install a crypto app and create an invoice and I will love to send you some cash"

Then the homeless man replied: "See my gun? Give me everything you have"
