Tbh just the fact that I have the option to not participate in the hopelessness is what gives me hope, I have a social media that can look through psyops and money no one can debase. There's a lot of hope to be had there, switch off the news, don't feed the attention monster, the world gets a lot better.

I just don't care. Try it and you'll feel a lot better.

It is not the world. It is only the small reality the news show you. Most good things never show up in the news even when they make around 99% or the real world.

And might do yourself a favour and read a book from Rutger Bregman. Very fact based and it showcases that we as humain are basicly all willing to be good and do good. Mostly in the harshest moments of live. When it is most needed.
