I didn’t open any ports on my truenas. I made a local server where I installed Jellyfin. I use AmpFin on mobile to stream music. It has a feature that lets me download music on the phone if I want to stream on the go.

You would have to install your own instance of Jellyfin on your server and then add music to it.
