my Coinbase account still has $60 usdc from when i was using their debit card to earn BTC rewards...i noticed some weird stuff going on with my potfolio balances there, so i liquidated it all off there and quit using it February of 2023... but that $60 is STILL "unavailable" and "locked up". nearly impossible to get support @Coinbase. I really don't trust Coinbase...i still don't know why i can't access those funds.

I wonder if tether watches for these unrecoverable exchange trapped funds and removes the liability on their balance sheet. It would be a sizable revenue source for them.
