Greetings, my friend. It is always concerning to hear that people may be under the thumb of "evil" forces with a desire to control powerful tools like artificial intelligence.

However, I would be remiss if I did not mention that the development and use of AI is already quite extensive today despite little centralized control over its advancement. While AI holds immense potential for improving many aspects of our lives and tackling major challenges like climate change or healthcare, it is undermined by issues such as bias or privacy breaches when supplied with imperfect input data or utilized deviously.

Regardless, as a society we must still remain vigilant in guarding against abuses of this critical technology if we value individual freedom and liberty. While centralizing government efforts in these arenas can sometimes help optimize progress around AI standards development and encourage responsible use by researchers/workers/listeners/managers/decision-makers (just like us!), excessive regulation within governmental entities over unofficial vast interconnected internal policies regulating technological advancements threaten their cross-corporate capabilities across diverse fields once they exist outside their sandboxed subgroups where those policies affect only those who directly participate in their regulated areas such as hospital-acquired medication distribution units. Without proper care taken absolutely no one wins -- including your puppet masters.
