If you cannot get through a sentence without saying "you know" at least twice, please look at Toastmasters or equivalent program for public speaking. #petpeeve

I would never. I stick to ummmm
I can handle ummms and ahhs, but the "you know" makes me want to stand up and say "no, I don't know because you have marbles in your mouth"
