this habit has upgraded me immensely over the last 5 years i've been doing it consistently.

one of the driving inspirations for creating my own podcast as well.

being able to help others weave learning about new topics into their daily routines, which teaches them to adopt more healthy habits like this, where they then gain the time to listen to more podcasts...it creates a beautiful feedback loop that will change your life 🎧🌅
