They are more likely to share my interests and my concerns than any globalist politician.

The trick is going to be convincing more of them that. The Woke virus, believe it or not, can still spread in Muslim communities. Its just that the R value is barely above 1.0, and it requires frequent reinfection from White people

I believe there is a small movement for reformist/progressive Islam, it does seem to be growing. But the pushback is a lot harder than you see in Christianity.

I know many people who are Muslim for an hour every other Friday.

Secularism is a much bigger deal than "Progressive Islam". People assume those Imams are Feds.
