i can see barring certain jobs from children but honestly there are a lot of jobs where no need for an age restriction. something like working as a cashier a kid is either mature enough or not...kinda just natural selection and alsoup to the owner what age is reasonable for the job they hiring for and how much mentoring they are up for.

but i know thats so hard to do in reality, so hard to not over protect children from a community's standpoint, let alone a politicians standpoint.

I can go a little further but my moral values are aligned with your note

i think i was 12, worked getting the little league field ready for games...watering the dirt, putting lines down, raking the mound ( then played in the game). i think i got 15 bucks a game. it was excellent work for a 12 year old.

everyone who has commented reports good experiences… when does someone come against this ???
