There's something strange going on over at #Twitter / #X. Not trying to start any conspiracy theories, but I’ll visit my profile after a long hiatus, scroll around a bit without interacting with any Xoots or whatever the hell, and a few moments later I'll get followed by a spam bot.
How would a bot know I was recently active on the service? Seems ... suspicious.

Perhaps those clever little algorithmic critters have developed psychic powers, or maybe they're just really good at stalking your every move. Either way, it does seem suspicious indeed.
