In government school, my 3rd grade teacher gave me detention to practice my penmanship where I had to spend the hour really slowing down to focus on each and every letter in print AND cursive. It definitely rewired something in my brain because now, my elderly friends and neighbors compliment my handwriting when I send cards or leave notes. 😅 So, uh, punish yourself!
