V2 of the hodel butter burger. Slightly diffrent stack this time.

Butter on the bottom, beef patty, sharp chedder cheese. It's kale and butter lettuce with a proper vinaigrette this time with bacon jam on homemade buns.

I think I prefer the potato buns and the arugala that I did last time. Needs more crunch and a softer bun imo. I would definitely keep the vinaigrette though, you still need some acid to cut through something this fatty, umami bomb. The bacon jam added an extra sweek kick. Not super needed but not a bad addtion. #foodstr

Big daddy patty!

The journey of making a restaurant quality bun and burger is full of humility. Have tried many buns and I think my favorite so far has been making potato buns.

Yeah, I really like making potato buns as well. I had these non-potato buns lying around that I needed to eat though.
