Eversince I started fasting regularly and mininized carbs I get such major cravings for salmon. This looks great. 🤤

When I was doing fasting I ate only steaks once in a day. Dropped 15 killograms within 3 months

Steaks are superb, too 🥩 for me the major benefit is not only weight loss but also the mental clarity - feeling great is addicting!

Just check its wild salmon. You dont want to eat the farmed stuff. I think ths default rule is if its dont say wild its not.
