Had high hopes for that dude and my passport ready until he said he wanted to make USD the countries currency and ignored bitcoin even with El salvador as a perfect example.

He did not ignored Bitcoin. He consider it just another currency. He still don't understand Bitcoin profoundly. He's more for a free competition of currencies, where BTC is included, of course. But since we Argentineans are so keen to use USD, the most probable outcome is that the country would end up dollarized. Though those who want to use BTC could do it freely.
