Parasovereign systems are ideas—like the wheel, fire, language, proof of work, or cryptographic key pairs. They have no owner and no governing institution. Like dormant seeds, they may lie forgotten or unimplemented for centuries, but they never vanish. Once conditions allow, they reawaken, take root again, and spread without requiring permission or authority.

Fire is not an idea. It's the real process of combustion. It's one of the elements: fire, water, earth, fire.

You’re being pedantic. Of course there’s a physical process.

But if no one had invented or discovered how to make it, would you know how to make it? I wouldn’t. But once the IDEA that you can intentionally make fire spreads, then you at least know that it is POSSIBLE to start a fire.
