In terms of economic ideology, we are "all left" in the sense of big government.

Big government has worked well for the nation-state and as a piggy bank for the US. However, in recent years, the right wing, which supports small government, has gradually gained power. This is because big government is no longer functioning well today.

The new draft constitution that a new political party that is gradually gaining support has published would be typical toward things described above this.

The new draft constitution proclaims patriotism, tradition and pure blood principle, but the words "national sovereignty" and "human rights" have been removed, and the chapter on "national rights" follows the chapter on "public interest."

Oh yes! I think that, because Japan's far-right patriotism is linked to the monarchy, the design of its social system for subjects would be far-left from the perspective of Western values.

In this election, far right populism has made great strides. Japan has also been able to copycat global trends.
