GM Tea. 🍵✨ collected some more yarrow yesterday. The tea bag is with cinnamon, hop and orange peel.
Yarrow in German is „Schafgarbe“ (Schaf means sheep 🐑) because sheep like to eat that plant. I thought it was because it looks like sheep, maybe that’s also true. Germans get very creative when naming things lol!
I use it to support my cycle because it’s known to be antispasmodic. 💚 and yes, I feel like it helps. 🙏🏼 #wildherbs
