Nope. People should be free to use the currency they want to, even though I personally prefer to use Bitcoin.

Legal tender laws are bad.

The solution is no legislation at all because the Government should not interfere with the market discovery process of choosing the best monetary good.

That’s the sort of extreme hypocrisy that makes bitcoiners look really really bad. I enjoy Jimmy’s harsh criticism of fiat but I’m not a huge fan of his opinions generally. The whole Texas Christian vibe and now add this to the list.

It's better to have a world where people take responsibility for their choices, reap the rewards for good ones and face the consequences for the bad ones.
