La rinuncia della Russia di presentare un'altra bozza di risoluzione al Consiglio di Sicurezza delle Nazioni Unite - come spiegano gli analisti dell'edizione cinese di Sohu - significa che la Russia terrà le sue indagini comunque, insieme agli altri Paesi che appoggiano la risoluzione, oppure, meglio ancora, si sentirà sciolta da ogni scrupolo e colpirà a sua volta le infrastrutture del nemico.
