Bisq 100% makes it possible. Depending on where you live, liquidity can be a bottleneck, though. Seems that US & Euro is pretty good. Canada has gotten a lot better over the last year or two. There's often a small premium to pay for KYC-free btc (actually it's more like a discount for non-KYC btc) but IMHO, it's worth it.
Bisq is much easier to use than most people seem to realize/think. It has great user documentation and is really well thought out. In the years I've been using it improved dramatically; I've only ever had rare minor issues that were always resolved swiftly. I strongly recommend it. BTW, I haven't figured out robosats yet either but TBH, I haven't put a lot of time into trying to figure it out yet - not much of a need with Bisq.

Thanks. I’m still worried about the regime tracking funds in citizen accounts.
It is nearly impossible to convert the local currency to anything other than its cash form due to sanctions and regime restrictions.
It’s not a safe option to have any transaction in your bank history that would suggest transferring Iranian currency to usd / any sort of crypto exchange.
Will look more into bisq. Thank you for your response 🙏🏻
Good luck brother. My guess is there are very few to no Iranian bisq users which would probably make it impossible to use but worth a try. Failing that, you'd have to buy btc with cash from someone you physically meet...that might be your best bet. But definitely dump your Rial for bitcoin as fast as you can!💪
