Tap your avatar in the top left, select the Backup Keys option, then "Copy your Secret Key."

Yes. Whatever pin you have set up to unlock your phone is what should work.

if you're l primal web then you need your original nsec

I deleted my browser cookie for Primal and then no PIN prompt
