Couldn’t believe I was able to get myself out for a walk this afternoon. But I did, as soon as I stopped thinking about it. I know what to do to get out. I don’t need to think about it, no need to picture it or plan it. I just did it. And I'm glad I did. It made me ready for the works awaited me back home. Good night friends 🙏🏽
