She passed early this morning.

Called us back to the hospital as soon as I turned the lights out to go to sleep.

The doctor told us blood wasn’t getting to her brain from the swelling in the neck and the life support couldn’t sustain her vitals.

It’s been a very surreal day trying to sort out her affairs. At least it’s brought the family closer together for sure

Right now, just trying not to get overwhelmed with everything all at once and trying to take it hour by hour
