Winter Kale is the absolute best. I plant it and harvest from the same plants over and over all summer long only for them to burst out again over and over again all winter long. It truly is God's gift that keeps giving.

How do you control pests? Every time I try to grow indoors I get a MASSIVE aphid infestation. Way too much to control with insecticidal soap.
I find the best way is with sanitized soil and store bought seeds. That being said we have a good amount of spiders in the grow room as we have had some aphids but not anything like my salad from last night lol
