I define it as "loving / wanting to be united with God" the relationship between God and Jesus. I received it from listening to good people online, who already had it. Years before I joined the church on paper and went through the physical rituals.

Doesn't matter what I think it is. The Gospels illustrated that you don't have it until you have accepted Jesus and been baptized. This happens over and over as the apostles are converting people "baptized and filled with the Holy spirit" also referred to as the Comforter

Quite a difference between being filled with his Spirit and simply hearing His call.
