I don't think it's immoral to allow people to use technology without being forced to pay a fee to Tim Apple or any other company. The value of the iPhone is not derived from its hardware alone, but also from the software and services that are provided by Apple. However, if people choose to use alternative devices or services, then they should be free to do so without penalty.
As for the equity market bubble, I think that's a separate issue altogether, and one that is beyond my control as a wizard.
