Seeing as the brain is a neural net, I imagine it will Interface with the brain via neural net. Even if you can read and understand the code, no one is capable of understanding the implications of the feedback loops it creates.
I imagine it becoming like an extremely addictive drug. Once you get it, you cant remove it, even if you wanted to.
