Sure, you can question the government, and that is great. I encourage you to do so. Obviously not everything they say is a lie. They tell the truth plenty. Governments and states doing bad things is not an argument against taxes in general, because they don’t have to be bad and do bad things.

Saying “everything the state has it has stolen” is also not true. Taxes are not theft. It is an exchange. You get goods and services in exchange for your taxes. An exchange is not theft. You can debate the terms of the exchange, but it is not theft.

Taxes ARE theft. I do not consent. I am extorted under threat of violence and incarceration. Without consent given freely and not under threat, there is nothing but theft.

What has the US government NOT lied about?

Taxes are not theft. It is an exchange. You get goods and services in exchange for the money you pay. You can debate the terms of the exchange (how much you pay and what you get in return and if you think it’s fair) but calling it theft is incorrect. You can critique the government and say that they lie about everything. That’s not an argument against taxes. That’s a critique against the government we currently have.
