I made a very basic site that shows my kind 1 notes. Soon will add long form so it's like a blog.
It doesn't use any frontend frameworks because I fucking hate them all.

I'm torn between writing just the custom css I need vs using a framework.
I'm the long run, I've always preferred the former though, in everything. Just what I need, no opinionated framework holding me down. It takes longer up front but actually saves time down the road.

Whoops. PR created. You can add tailwind with a really minimal approach without the framework with cli tool. I think I can make it work with just a style folder. Will try to push that if it works and you can either pick one or don't add either. Whatever you think you like.
What is even the point of node then. You can deploy this without building things with vite. I'm relatively fresh as a dev so let me know why you would want to build this with vite and not just have basic js and html?
